Viscose is a semi-synthetic fiber made from natural materials like wood pulp (usually from trees such as beech, pine, or eucalyptus). The pulp is chemically processed into fibers.
Nylon is a fully synthetic fiber made from petrochemicals. It was one of the first synthetic fabrics developed.
Tencel is a branded fiber made from eucalyptus wood pulp using a more environmentally friendly process. The fiber type is called Lyocell.
